Business Technology Manager Ahmedabad

We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Manager – Business technology to execute internal software development and management projects and identify hardware and networking solutions. The responsibilities of the Manager – Business Technology includes overseeing software projects from start to finish, managing and motivating software developers and external vendors, giving customer presentations, and writing project proposals for software solutions and on the hardware and networking side identify hardware and collaboration solutions to run multiple locations on the same platform. The responsibilities also include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarise progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. He or she will also coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfil internal software development and management needs.

To be successful as a Manager – Technology Solutions, you should have a good working knowledge of project estimation techniques and the ability to motivate team members. Ultimately, a top-notch software project manager should have good communication and decision-making skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Oversee the cross functional project teams executing approved projects. Develop detailed execution plan and track performance against overall project deliverables

· Meet with internal teams to clarify specific requirements of each project

· Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

· Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

· Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

· Report and escalate to management as needed
