Client Services Representative Ahmedabad

As a Client Service Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing their inquiries, requests, and concerns. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that all client needs are met and that service delivery is of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure that all client needs are met and service delivery is of the highest quality.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, providing updates on service delivery, new products or services, and other relevant information.
• Manage client expectations and communicate any potential issues or delays that may impact service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues or requests.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to clients.
• Participate in the development of service delivery strategies and plans to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a customer service or account management capacity.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Experience in the financial, technology or other service industry is a plus
