LOCATION Full-time (in-office) internship.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department's daily activities.

If you're ready to kickstart your career in Human Resources and build real-world experience with recruiting, payroll, employee development, and the coordination of HR policies and procedures, this is the internship for you.

THE PROJECT(s)

Deploy the organisations & clients HRMS

HR systems and procedures design.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES
• Solutions - Assesses clients' needs and accordingly make recommendations and solutions.
• Research - Study various HR topics, then organise and present your findings.
• HR Technology - Becomes fluent in all services provided by the HRMS through testing, demonstrations and research.
• Record Keeping - Update databases and records with new & old employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
• Templates - Help prepare HR Related Word, PowerPoint, and Excel templates.
• Coordinate - Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders, including employees, candidates, management, and clients.
• Recruiting - Assist with all aspects of recruiting including posting, screening, interviews, checks, offers and onboarding.

Requirements
• Experience Fresher
• Duration Available for a minimum duration of 6 months.
• Location Availability for full time (in-office) internship.
• Education & Certification - Relevant degree in HR Management or Business. Additional HR trainings will be a plus. Some experience in an office environment preferred.
• Software and Applications- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases.
• Qualities & Capabilities-
• Excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal and consulting skills
• Has clarity regarding basic HR Functions
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
• Confident, pleasant personality, self-motivated and management skills.
