Marketing Manager - [Y798] Pune
- Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India
Responsibilities:
· Works directly with the management team of the organization to develop marketing programs, design marketing strategies and implement marketing campaigns.
· Establish positioning, identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
· Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
· Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
· Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies along with recommendations on tactics.
· Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
· Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes and provide sales support.
· Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
· Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.
· Present ideas and final deliverables to the management team and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets at regular intervals.
· Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns etc.
· Design, build and maintain the brand’s social media presence.
· Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
· Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Requirements and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
· 5+ years of working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
· Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, and/or search & display advertising campaigns.
· Well-versed in the use of Organic Content as a marketing tool.
· Experience in optimizing landing pages and Sales funnels for optimizing conversion rates.
· Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
· Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, DataStudio, WebTrends, SEMRush etc.).
· Experience in setting up and optimizing Paid Ads campaigns.
· Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results.
· Good at problem-solving and communication.
