Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Development Manager to oversee the development of skincare and personal care formulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire product development process, from concept to launch, and ensuring that products meet customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business goals.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and preferences to generate new product ideas and formulations.
• Develop product plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage the product development process, from initial concept to formulation, stability testing, and production scale-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory, marketing, and operations, to ensure that all aspects of the product development process are aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
