Hybrid Working

Introduction:

Corporate Banking Operations is a global network comprising of over 3,500 colleagues that provide dedicated operations support to clients and coverage colleagues worldwide.
Corporate Customer Services teams interact with our Corporate clients through our network of 6 branches, email, white mail and phone
The team also provides support for Debit card hot listing and fraud reporting related to IMPS payments

What will you be doing?

• Be accountable for handling of daily email inflows received via the Shared mail boxes.
• Perform callbacks for Manual payments in line with set guidelines
• Handling and resolution of client complaints in line with India complaint handling guidelines
• Sending out of daily pre-defined reports to clients as per requirements within stipulated timelines
• Ability to work in shifts in a 24x7 environment

• The ideal candidate should be adaptable to working under pressure with a heavy workload.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Good communication skills – Written / Verbal,
• Sound knowledge of the Banking processes and banking applications,
• Knowledge of MS- Excel, Outlook and Word
• Graduate in any field, specific courses done in Customer Service added advantage
• Knowledge of Barclays’ policy and processes.
• Atleast 6 months’ experience in a customer service role handling high workloads and tight deadlines
