1. 5+ years of Experience as s Presale/Sales Engineer.
2. 3+ years overall IT/development Background
3. Experience in RFP’s and RFI’s, POCs
4. Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
5. Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients.
6. Willingness to travel.

Skills Required:
1. Plan sales strategies in response to market and competitors’ behaviour.
2. Work in sync with the product development team and develop sustainable and commercially viable products.
3. Understand customer needs and make sales presentations.
4. Preparation of Technical Solution document/Business Requirement Document/ Technical Architecture
5. Build lasting relationships with customers.
6. Prepare sales proposals and train other sales representatives from time to time.
7. Solution-oriented analytical skills / Creation of marketing concepts
8. Ability to initiate conversations and make a lasting impact
9. Well-versed with Excel and documentation tools
10. Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors, and the demonstration of the business.
11. Preparation of presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales department
